2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction under applicable law, that your information is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method used for the order. Orders for children’s products should be placed by a parent, guardian or authorised adult.

3. Products and product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes, measurements, fabrics and other information are accurate. Actual colours may vary by device display. Handmade, artisanal or small-batch products may have minor variations. Measurements may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

4. Product availability

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or decline an order where a product is unavailable, there is an inventory or obvious pricing error, the delivery address is not serviceable, fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

5. Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price shown for a product is the price you pay for it: no separate tax is added at checkout. Where GST or other taxes apply to a product, they are accounted for in accordance with applicable law. The amount payable will be displayed during checkout before payment.

At checkout, the total amount payable (the price of the selected size multiplied by the quantity) is shown on the payment button before you pay. Standard shipping is free, so no separate shipping charge is added.

6. MRP and product declarations

Product pages on this website show the product name, description, available sizes and colours, price and, where provided, fabric and care instructions.

Where applicable, mandatory product declarations, such as MRP, manufacturer/packer/importer, country of origin, net quantity and consumer-care details, are provided on the product label or packaging in accordance with Legal Metrology and consumer-protection requirements. 7. Placing an order

To buy online, open the product page, choose your size (and colour, where available) and click Buy Now. Enter your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address within India, confirm that you agree to the Terms, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, and complete payment securely through Razorpay.

Each online order is for one product and size, in a quantity of up to 10. To buy more than one product, place a separate order for each. For larger quantities or made-to-order pieces, please send us an enquiry or message us on WhatsApp instead.

Before payment, verify the product, size/variant, quantity, delivery address, contact information, applicable charges and total payable.

8. Order confirmation

After successful order placement, we may send an order confirmation. Fulfilment remains subject to product availability, payment confirmation and applicable terms.

9. Payment

Online payments may be processed through third-party providers, including Razorpay. Eden’s Thread does not intentionally store complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN or other payment authentication credentials.

10. Failed or pending payments

If your account has been debited but the order is not successfully confirmed, contact orders@edensthread.com with relevant order and transaction details. We will verify the transaction and take appropriate action, including refund where applicable.

11. Shipping and delivery

Shipping within India is currently offered with free standard shipping, subject to serviceability. Orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 days from order placement, subject to successful payment, availability and product-specific preparation time. 12. Order cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible at orders@edensthread.com. Where an order has not yet been dispatched, we will endeavour to process a valid cancellation request. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process may apply.

13. Returns and refunds

Eligible standard products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. A valid reason is required. A clear package-opening video is required for return/defect claims. Change-of-mind return shipping is borne by the customer. Exchanges are not offered. Sale items are generally non-returnable, subject to applicable consumer rights. Made-to-order products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

14. Package-opening video requirement

For return, damage, shortage, defect or incorrect-product claims, customers should record and retain a clear, continuous package-opening video from before opening through inspection. The video may be requested to verify and process a claim. Customers should also provide a clear and genuine reason for the return. This evidentiary requirement does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Sale products

Products identified as Sale, Clearance, Final Sale or otherwise non-returnable are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns. Genuine claims involving defects, damage, incorrect supply or material differences are not excluded.

16. Made-to-order products

Made-to-order, customised, personalised or made-to-measure products are prepared specifically for the customer and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not restrict remedies required by law where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or materially different from what was agreed or advertised.

17. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information, selecting the correct product/variant, inspecting products, following care instructions, securing payment information, and retaining package-opening evidence where required.

18. Prohibited use

You must not use the website for fraud, unauthorised transactions, security interference, malicious code, unauthorised access, false claims, abusive returns or unlawful purposes.

19. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Eden’s Thread logos, brand names, photographs, graphics, website design, text, product descriptions, videos and original creative materials belong to or are lawfully used by Eden’s Thread and may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission.

20. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services such as payment, analytics, delivery and communication providers. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies.

21. Website availability

We endeavour to keep the website available, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, network failures, security incidents or third-party service interruptions.

22. Force majeure

Eden’s Thread will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, governmental restrictions, public emergencies or comparable events.

23. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eden’s Thread will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes or restricts any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

24. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to take away, restrict or override mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable Indian law.

26. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Nothing prevents a consumer from exercising rights available under applicable consumer-protection law before a competent authority or forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published with a revised Last Updated date.
